Before ISOPro, his team was running quality control checks in software that sat apart from the rest of their operation. Records lived in silos. Getting a complete picture meant manually consolidating data. Every manual step took a lot of time, and every step was a chance to introduce errors that could turn into real problems for future audits.
We sat with the team and configured ISOPro specifically around Novus Precast’s quality control operations.
Quality checks at sequential production stages were all linked to the manufactured item. Issues identified were linked to the item and their resolutions tracked, reminded and approved for close off. Automated daily status reports and ‘to do’ lists ensured all quality checks, with their supporting evidence, were all consolidated in ISOPro.
