Frequently Asked Questions
These are general questions about ISOPro. If you’d like to talk it through, get in touch!
Pricing and Costs
What is the ISOPro Software price structure?
ISOPro costs include a one-off implementation fee, and an ongoing monthly subscription fee. Because no two implementations are the same, we provide a custom quote for each case. Get in touch and we’ll give you a clear breakdown based on your actual requirements.
What factors influence the price?
The main variables are the number of users, the complexity of your compliance framework and the level of ongoing support needed. Within the proposal, we will break down exactly what you are paying for and there won’t be any hidden costs or surprises after the go-live phases.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
We understand that implementations can be high-risk, and for this reason we offer ISOPro with 90 risk-free days. If you feel ISOPro doesn’t deliver as promised, we won’t charge for the implementation, and the system will not be activated.
Implementation, support and fit
What’s ISOPro typical implementation timeframe?
Our standard implementation target is under 90 days, with full support throughout. We manage the process using an established implementation system. All we need is a dedicated person or team to work with us, and we will guide you through the entire process.
Will my team need training to use ISOPro?
Yes, like any new software, your team will need basic training, which we provide before the go-live phase. That said, ISOPro is intentionally designed to be very intuitive for both frontline staff and management. In most cases, only minimal training is required.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every ISOPro client is assigned a dedicated industry specialist and business analyst from day one. You’ll have direct access to a real person via phone, video call and email, both during implementation and throughout the life of your subscription. This may include new configurations as your compliance requirements evolve. If something needs changing or fixing, we handle it fast.
When is ISOPro Software not a good fit?
ISOPro is designed for businesses with complex quality, governance, risk and compliance information flows that have outgrown commercial off-the-shelf compliance software. The software is probably not the right choice if:
- Your compliance requirements are straightforward. If you have a single compliance requirement that isn’t interconnected with the rest of the business and doesn’t require strong traceability – for instance, a basic WHS requirement – a commercial off-the-shelf compliance software will serve you well at a lower cost. That said, if you’re thinking 3 to 5 years ahead, ISOPro may still be the smarter choice because it will evolve as your compliance needs grow, whereas most commercial off-the-shelf compliance tools will eventually hit a ceiling and require a costly migration.
- Your team is very small. ISOPro is designed for organisations with 50 or more staff and complex compliance frameworks. If your business is smaller, the platform will still deliver value, but the impact may be more apparent down the track, as your business and compliance requirements evolve.
What challenges can I expect if we adopt ISOPro in our organisation?
Things you may want to consider are:
- Resistance to change. Any time new software is introduced into an organisation, some people will be cautious or reluctant, particularly frontline staff who have been doing things a certain way for years. In our experience, this concern is usually bigger in anticipation than in practice. Because ISOPro is highly intuitive and designed to adapt to existing processes, most users adapt very quickly. With ISOPro, you have industry-specific, dedicated support available by phone, video or email at any time, which means your questions will be answered within hours.
- Adjustment period. Our standard implementation target is under 90 days, with full support throughout. While you won’t experience major disruptions to your business processes during deployment, you should expect a period of adjustment after the first phase.
Comparisons
How does ISOPro compare to other compliance software on the market?
The majority of compliance software on the market falls into one of two categories:
- Specific solutions, pre-configured for a defined focus area such as WHS, auditing, or contractor onboarding. Processes are largely pre-built using generic forms and alerts that meet basic requirements across most industries, but offer limited flexibility outside their intended scope.
- Configurable solutions, allow users to build their own forms and checklists using intuitive form-building tools. These handle customisation of forms and checklists well, but typically don’t support rules-based workflow or sequential process control. They suit simple controls and basic reporting but aren’t designed for process management.
Both types can be difficult to integrate with broader compliance and business operations, and support is generally provided via chatbot, email, or FAQs.
ISOPro is designed for organisations that have outgrown these tools. It’s fully configured – not simply customised – to match your organisation’s specific processes and compliance information flows and supports rules-based workflow and process control natively. It consolidates all the core requirements of popular management system standards – Quality, Risk, WHS, Environmental, Document Control, Vendor and Contractor management, and Audit – integrated and interconnected in one place. Our support includes a dedicated ISOPro team member and a business analyst for each client, available by phone, email, or video call, and continuing after go-live.
