Records lived in silos. Getting a complete picture meant manually consolidating data. Every manual step took a lot of time, and every step was a chance to introduce errors that could turn into real problems for future audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We sat with the team and configured ISOPro specifically around Novus Precast&#8217;s quality control operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quality checks at sequential production stages were all linked to the manufactured item. Issues identified were linked to the item and their resolutions tracked, reminded and approved for close off.
